About Mary Tibbatts
I have been a resident of Fredericksburg, VA for more than 24 years after moving here from the beautiful Hudson Valley of New York. Born and raised in New Jersey I moved to Houston, Texas after marrying my husband over 44 years ago. We moved a lot over the years, at one point, we moved seven times in nine years, none of which were military moves. I totally understand the stress involved in buying, selling and moving all too well. Just about all of our moves were long distance, NJ to TX back to NJ then back to TX and when the Texas economy plummeted we moved back to NJ and then to NY ultimately landing here in Fredericksburg. Wow, that was a lot of moves in a very short time! I was originally licensed as a REALTOR in NY in 1995. After moving to VA in 1998 I worked as a paralegal for a local attorney processing and closing commercial loans and then moved on to a career in Commercial SBA Finance. In 2004 I decided to go back doing what I really loved which was working as a full time REALTOR and I have been doing it ever since. I've been married for 44 years to a wonderful man, a Military mom of 3, (Air Force & Army), and Nana to 3 beautiful little girls and "Grandma" to multiple dogs including multiple golden retreivers and a beautiful white boxer. I pride myself on my attention to detail, working with the utmost integrity, making my client's needs a priority and making sure their best interests are protected, before during and after the transaction. Always making sure to take any burdeons off my clients that I can, all while trying to make sure my clients have as stress free of a transaction as possible and that we enjoy our time together.
