I cannot say enough that Mary did "above and beyond" -- not only finding us the perfect home, but also in selling our existing house.

She spent countless hours showing me houses, helping me stage my house for selling, and providing multiple resources that we would not have had on our own. Her calming personality was most helpful in dealing with a high-stress spouse!!!!! A definite 5-star realtor and person!

"First and foremost, Mary is a really genuine and knowledgeable person. Not only in the realty field, but just in life in general. She is very thorough in her work and she doesn't leave a "stone unturned." She provides excellent service and follow-thru. I really liked that her resources, such as H-VAC roofers, home inspectors, and lenders that she referred to us were also very genuine and knowledgeable. I told her that "highly successful people surround themselves by other highly successful people," and that she does. Everyone she recommended was awesome to work with and were highly competent. Set aside being a true professional she is just a really nice person who enjoys helping people and truly getting to know them. She was always so accessible and truly has a passion for helping people buy and sell a home. She is a very hard worker! My husband and I were very lucky to have had her working with us; and I would and already have highly recommended her to my friends and anyone interested.. If and when we sell and/or buy another home I wouldn't hesitate to call Mary Tibbatts!"

"Mary is a fabulous realtor. From the initial meeting, I could tell she was going to be a good fit. I tried working with a different realtor initially and was finding the process to be very stressful. A friend recommended that I try calling Mary and planned for her to come out and see the house. She listened to my current situation and gave me easy recommendations for getting the house ready. The house got listed right before her family was about to leave on a camping trip, and that did not delay her listing the house on time. During the trip she even called me to let me know that an offer was made on the house, and I had a ratified contract the same weekend of her trip. After the home inspection, she took care of my three issues that would require someone to come out to repair them. She took care of contacting the people and being at the house to get those items fixed, since we had already moved to our next location. Mary was a very big help the day of closing and it really proved how great a realtor she is. The day of my closing, I had a couple issues at my current home happen the night before, which Mary was aware of. During the walk through of the house I was selling, something had stopped working. Mary didn't contact me and instead had everything taken care of. I found out about it at closing and at that point the whole issue was handled and taken care of. If you need a realtor, I highly recommend Mary. She will make the process of buying or selling seem effortless."

"From the moment my husband Shane and I met Mary, we knew we wanted her to be our realtor and never once regretted our decision. She exudes confidence, sincerity, and a passion for her job. This being our first home buying experience, Shane and I were initially very nervous, but Mary alleviated all our fears and made the entire process fun and exciting!The house we bought is now our home and we never would have found it without Mary! After a long day of looking at houses – none of which we loved – she suggested one last log house that wasn’t on the list. The second we set foot inside, we knew this was the house we wanted and decided to make an offer. Through each step of the process Mary’s strong work ethic astounded us!At one point, we were out of the country for a trip we’d planned months prior and Mary tirelessly worked around the time difference to send us documents, answer questions, and coordinate appointments.I honestly cannot say enough about this lovely lady. "Mary Tibbatts was our Agent; she is phenomenal. From the market analysis and comparative assessment to the day that we settled, she did not disappoint. Her listing suggestions were “spot on”; we sold the house on the “high end” of what she suggested; and, there were no problems with the appraisal. The house was on the market for a short period of time before we had 2 offers; we went under contract within 30 days! She did so many little things that were above and beyond what my wife and I would ever expect; making suggestions on what to do to the house before we listed it; staging the house for photos; being available for showings; conducting open houses; taking care of issues, so we would comply with the contract…etc. – just incredible. Her network and understanding of the market is remarkable!! She works well with other Agents; satisfying their client’s needs, while meeting our intent. She is amazing and was a pleasure to work with. I recommend her with the highest enthusiasm."

"Let start off by saying, Mary is much more then a realtor, she's a wonderful person. She is not one of your typical real estate agents that is about the sale, she tries to put you in a home that best suits you and your family no matter how much money you have ,she genuinely cares and she will do anything to find the perfect home for you. 7 years ago she helped me with my first home and 7 years later she helped me sell it for enough so I could have that family home I dreamt to have one day. "Mary sold us our home on Jefferson Ave in 2013 so naturally we went back to her when we decided to sell it. Mary is the most knowledgeable person I know as far as real estate! She knows the market, the area, how to market effectively and she knows a lot about home repair! Her repertoire on contractors is amazing! Mary is very professional and steadfast while still being caring and compassionate. She has become not only agent but dear friend! She fights for her clients and never stop working until her clients are satisfied. She is also a very fair person! Because of her, we got a great deal as a buyer and a seller. "When I first contacted Mary I told her exactly what we were looking for in a home. I find Mary to be an excellent recourse for the area and we looked at approximately 6 homes and settled on 1 we now own. It took us 7 months for a short sale! The process for the home was horrendous NOT due to any fault of Mary! She was always professional and upbeat. We had a short sale and the first close date fell through. Needless to say she was just as upset as we were if NOT more. We pushed and pushed until we got a good close date! Finally we closed! She is Amazing!"
